Due to the nature of digital and IT services, all payments made to Engineer Hut are generally non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in this policy.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

a) Service Not Delivered

If we fail to deliver the agreed service within the specified timeframe and no resolution is provided.

b) Duplicate Payment

If you were charged more than once for the same service.

c) Project Cancellation (Before Work Starts)

If a project is canceled before any work has begun, a full or partial refund may be issued.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after project initiation
  • Delay caused by client (lack of communication, missing materials, etc.)
  • Completed work or delivered milestones
  • Services that have already been rendered
  • Dissatisfaction due to subjective preferences after approval

4. Partial Refunds

In certain cases, we may issue partial refunds:

  • If a project is canceled after partial completion
  • If specific milestones are not completed

The refund amount will be calculated based on the work completed.

5. Revision Policy (Alternative to Refund)

Instead of refunds, we offer revisions to ensure satisfaction:

  • Reasonable revisions are provided as per project agreement
  • Revision limits may apply depending on the service package

6. Refund Request Process

  • Your name and contact details
  • Project/service details
  • Reason for the refund request

7. Payment Gateway Fees

Any transaction or payment gateway fees (if applicable) may be deducted from the refund amount.

8. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in:

  • Immediate suspension of services
  • Permanent account restriction

We encourage clients to contact us first to resolve any issues.

9. Changes to This Policy

Engineer Hut reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page.
